I came here for my first time and had such a WONDERFUL experience. Mrs. Kathy at the front desk is extremely sweet and welcoming. Came in for a wax appointment and had Katie. She talked me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable and as many questions as I had, she explained it all to me. The establishment is calm and very inviting. I was incredibly pleased leaving!!
